My Ultimate Pet collects only the information necessary to operate a research-information platform. For pet families, this is limited to the observations you enter, plus email and basic interaction data when voluntarily provided. For clinics and research partners, this is practice contact detail and the notes you choose to log — we do not collect or verify licence data.

We never sell personal information. We keep our research-partner updates separate from our pet-family education list. Cookie preferences are stored locally on your device and can be revisited from your browser at any time.
